End User License Agreement
Please read these terms carefully before purchasing or using any 3D Asset Collection from BASEGRID ("Seller"). By purchasing or using a 3D Asset Collection from BASEGRID, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with these terms, do not purchase or use any 3D Asset Collection from BASEGRID.
In exchange for the Seller providing the digital products to the Buyer ("You"), and You paying the purchase price, the parties agree as follows:
3D Asset Collections
The Seller owns and provides to the Buyer the 3D Asset Collection described in the related product listing ("3D Asset Collection").
License Rights
All 3D Asset Collections remain the property of the Seller and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. A 3D Asset Collection may not be copied, shared, published, or used except as expressly permitted under this Agreement. The Seller reserves the right to display and use the 3D Asset Collection on the Seller’s website and in the Seller’s own marketing and promotional materials.
Ownership
BASEGRID does not transfer ownership of any 3D Asset Collection.
Right Granted
BASEGRID grants You a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the 3D Asset Collection for personal, educational, or commercial projects, including video games, films, and other professional work.
License Types
Important: You are responsible for selecting the correct license type for your use.
The Seller offers three license types.
Individual / Freelance License
This license permits use by one individual only. It may be used for personal or commercial freelance work. It may not be used by a person working as staff within a studio, even if that person is the only one using the 3D Asset Collection.
Indie Studio License (1 to 5 people)
This license permits use of the 3D Asset Collection by up to 5 artists within the same studio or company.
Studio License
This license permits use of the 3D Asset Collection by a larger team within the same studio or company. It does not allow transfer of the license to another studio, vendor, or subcontractor working on your behalf.
Restrictions
You may not sell, lend, lease, rent, sublicense, distribute, or otherwise make available any part of a 3D Asset Collection as a standalone 3D model.
AI and Machine Learning Training – Using BASEGRID 3D Asset Collections to train artificial intelligence systems, machine learning models, or neural networks is prohibited.
License Term and Termination
Once purchased, the Buyer owns the license to use the purchased 3D Asset Collection, including any future updates made available for that product. If the Buyer fails to comply with this Agreement, the Buyer must stop using the product and destroy all copies. Any provisions that are intended to survive termination will remain in effect.
Refunds
Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds are generally not offered, except in rare circumstances. For any help with a product or its file formats, please contact us at info@basegrid.com
Warranty:
We aim to provide high-quality products with accurate descriptions of what is included. Minor issues such as missing textures, missing files, or similar packaging mistakes may be corrected if the Buyer provides a detailed explanation and proof of purchase.
Maintenance:
We do not provide technical support or maintenance services for our products unless otherwise stated.
Intellectual Property Rights
The Seller retains all intellectual property rights in the 3D Asset Collection, including all copyright and related rights. Nothing in this Agreement transfers, assigns, or grants any ownership interest in the Seller’s intellectual property to the Buyer.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which BASEGRID is established. The Buyer agrees to submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction. The Seller may also seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary.
